I have old items I don't want in my cart. How can I clear out my cart to start over?

Simply go to the checkout, tick the remove box and click update cart.

I just can't checkout. What do I do?

Email us or call 9-4 est 860-829-2382. Give us the name ad address you want to ship to and payment method, and we will set it up for you.

I want to return my item and exchange for another, what do I do?

Generally, we tend not to offer exchanges. We prefer you return any items you wish to return, then re-visit our site to purchase the items you would like. Please contact us if you have further questions. Thank you!

My package never arrived. How do I place a claim?

Insurance claims can be filed after 30 days from shipping date for USPS domestic and after 45 days for USPS International EXCEPT Italy which is after 60 days. If an item is damaged a form can be filed immediately. Print out and fill out this document. You are the Consignee. Fill out as best as you can, and forward to us to complete and submit to company. Be sure and let us know exactly which shipment is concerned. Mail or fax us this signed statement. Fax to 860-259-5134 or Mail to: Raefield Designs 997 Kensington Road Kensington, CT 06037.

When can I expect my package?

We ship single piece items next business day after payment is received. Lots go out once weekly. If you purchased a few lots or single pieces and lots, you may find we ship in a few shipments.

USPS 1st Class Air Mail - 4 to 7 Business Days - 2 weeks or so is not unusual

USPS Priority Mail - 2 to 3 Business Days - Not Guaranteed Most arrive in time. The occasional one is delayed.

USPS Air Mail - USPS quotes 4 to 10 Business Days Plus Customs Time and delivery time in country of destination. This means pakcgaes normally take about 2 weeks or so. 4 weeks is not unusual. In the case of Italy packages are regularly taking 4-6 weeks.
