How do I buy my items via ebay?

  1. Just hit buy it now/bid on what you want. - But don't pay...
  2. a. Request an ebay invoice and just wait for us to manually send you and ebay invoice (Note: Ebay does not figure combined shipping on its own correctly, You cannot use coupon code discounts with ebay checkout. Such as my 1st time buyer discount) And then pay from that invoice. (We normally send a manual invoice 1x a day on combined orders when we notice you have added a piece)
    b. Wait about 20 - 30 minutes after the auction/buy it now ends, and then go back into the auction and use the black button to get to my checkout link. Note: 1st Time Customers get 10% off using my checkout w/customer code "newcustpromo" - and it always configures correct shipping, no waiting. Any other coupon offers can only be used with my checkout.

I am trying to use google checkout and my free shipping coupon will not work. What do I do?

Unfortunately, Google checkout does not currently offer free shipping as an option. You will need to use our checkout to use the code. Note all our other coupons should work with google. For money off or % off.

I have bought one item from ebay, and I am waiting for other auctions to end, can I wait to pay?

Of course. You have 10 days in which you can combine purchases, as long as only one payment is made for all items. We will send you an updated link to checkout every 24hr in which you win or buy something, so you will know where you stand. Just ignore whatever we send you until you are done shopping. If you are ready to pay and the latest link contains all of your items, you are all set. If not get email us or hit request total and we will update your link for you.

I have old items I don't want in my cart. How can I clear out my cart to start over?

Simply go to the checkout, tick the remove box and click update cart.

I just can't checkout. What do I do?

Email us or call 9-4 est 860-829-2382. Give us the name ad address you want to ship to and payment method, and we will set it up for you.

I want to return my item and exchange for another, what do I do?

If you want to do an exchange, you would bid or buy it now the things you want, and then return the unwanted items with a note asking us to credit the towards your new items numbers. You can either send any balance due with the return or we can bill you the difference.

I want to use a coupon code to get a discount on my ebay order how do I do it?

Go to our checkout and use coupon code in Checkout Step 3 - Order Review & Payment Options. To get there, do one of the following:

  1. Use the link to checkout on any auction/buy it now item you have won after you have won it.
  2. Use the checkout link on the email we send you after you win ebay item.

My package never arrived. How do I place a claim?

Insurance claims can be filed after 30 days from shipping date for USPS domestic and after 45 days for USPS International EXCEPT Italy which is after 60 days. If an item is damaged a form can be filed immediately. Print out and fill out this document. You are the Consignee. Fill out as best as you can, and forward to us to complete and submit to company. Be sure and let us know exactly which shipment is concerned. Mail or fax us this signed statement. Fax to 860-259-5134 or Mail to: Raefield Designs 997 Kensington Road Kensington, CT 06037.

When can I expect my package?

We ship single piece items next business day after payment is received. Lots go out once weekly. If you purchased a few lots or single pieces and lots, you may find we ship in a few shipments.

USPS 1st Class Air Mail - 4 to 7 Business Days - 2 weeks or so is not unusual

USPS Priority Mail - 2 to 3 Business Days - Not Guaranteed Most arrive in time. The occasional one is delayed.

USPS Air Mail - USPS quotes 4 to 10 Business Days Plus Customs Time and delivery time in country of destination. This means pakcgaes normally take about 2 weeks or so. 4 weeks is not unusual. In the case of Italy packages are regularly taking 4-6 weeks.
