Can I expect my item to be exactly the color shown on my monitor?

No, unfortunately not. The color you see on your monitor is dependent on many factors including: your graphics card ∧ monitor and the graphics card ∧ monitor of the photographer as well as his/her own interpretation of color. – Special Note regarding watch bands: Genuine leathers do not dye try to color every time. There are variances in color in all leather bands, it is more pronounced with exotic leathers.

Are measurements exact?

All measurements are approximate and measurements are given at maximum size. For example: If you had a tapered bangle we would quote width at its widest point.

I have old items I don't want in my cart. How can I clear out my cart to start over?

Simply go to the checkout, tick the remove box and click update cart.

I just can't checkout. What do I do?

I want to return my item and exchange for another, what do I do?

Generally, we tend not to offer exchanges. We prefer you return any items you wish to return, then re-visit our site to purchase the items you would like. Please contact us if you have further questions. Thank you!

I received the wrong item what do I do?

Did we make a mistake? It was not intentional. If you need to make a return because we sent you an item, color or size that you did not order, please contact us and one of our customer service people will correct the problem and reship you’re the correct item.

My package never arrived, what do I do?

Contact us for a solution! All orders are shipped insured. Insurance claims can be filed after 30 days from shipping date for USPS domestic and after 45 days for USPS International. If an item is damaged a form can be filed immediately. We will gladly ship a replacement item or process a refund for the lost package.

When can I expect my package?

We ship Monday-Friday, excluding postal holidays. Orders are shipped next business day.
USPS 1st Class Mail - 4 to 7 Business Days - 2 weeks or so is not unusual
USPS Priority Mail - 2 to 3 Business Days - Not Guaranteed, most arrive in time. The occasional one is delayed.
USPS Air Mail - USPS quotes 4 to 10 Business Days, plus customs time and delivery time in country of destination. This means packages normally take about 2 weeks or so. 4 weeks is not unusual. Italian packages are regularly taking 4-6 weeks.
