We accept Pay Pal and all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Although we no longer accept personal checks, we accept money orders and prefer that they are USPS.

We happily ship to any country USPS ships to. We ship M-F excluding postal holidays. Packages of are normally packaged next business day after cleared payment is received and shipped the same day or following morning. All packages are shipped via USPS and insured via DSI insurance. USPS does not guarantee shipment within a certain number of days. Typical shipping times are: USPS 1st Class USA 4 Business days to 2 weeks. USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days. USPS International 1st Class 10 business days to 6 weeks. (NOTE Italian & French USPS 1st Class Air packages are normally taking 4-6 weeks) Insurance claims for non receipt can be filed: USA after 30 days, International after 45 days, ITALY and FRANCE after 60 days.

NOTE: USPS First Class Air PACKAGES TO ITALY OR FRANCE ARE ROUTINELY TAKING 4 to 6 WEEKS TO BE DELIVERED.

NOTE: Offers for combined shipping ONLY apply to items paid for with one payment. Multiple orders with multiple payments will not receive a discount.

Insurance Information

Insurance claims can be filed after 30 days from shipping date for USPS domestic and after 45 days for USPS International (EXCEPT Italy & France which can file after 60 days). If an item is damaged a form can be filed immediately. Print out and fill out this document. You are the Consignee. Fill out as best as you can, and forward to us to complete and submit to company. Be sure and let us know exactly which shipment is concerned. Mail or or email or fax us this signed statement. We cannot insure packages to the following countries:

Return Information

You can return any item for refund, with no questions asked. For any reason:

  1. If your item is a single piece of jewelry and under $30.00 and has been correctly described by us please skip to #3
  2. If your item is a single piece of jewelry valued over $30.00 OR it is not a single piece of jewelry, OR you feel it was not properly described you MUST email us and let us know that you will be returning the item, in case we have any special instructions for return.
  3. Please return the item promptly within 7 days of receiving item, in the original packaging. Full refund will only be granted if original plastic bag with inventory tag is included. You can ship back in any appropriate box or envelope. ****Returns without original bags and tags will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  4. Include the order number and your email address with your return. If you would like to do an exchange please enclose those details
  5. If you have any special instructions, be sure to include them also.
  6. On single jewelry items - You will receive a full refund including shipping paid or our US 1st Class rate, whichever is less. (No return shipping unless the item not as described)
  7. Lots & Other items ? Lots are only returnable as a unit. We will return only purchase price, no shipping either way. (Unless item was not described correctly)

Comments

Doing business in vintage single piece items is more challenging then doing business as a large corporation with new products. We make every effort to see that items are properly described and available for shipment. Unfortunately we do sometime encounter difficulties.

In some cases your item may degenerate in inventory after we have assessed it OR the item may be damaged during shipment from the additional stress involved with that process. We want you to be happy with your items, be sure and email is with any discrepancies or difficulties which arise. We stand behind our products and will do what is necessary to see you happy with them.
