Beautiful genuine shell Cameo Habille with Real Diamond in setting marked Sterling. Elegant and classic, this necklace is an amazing find from an estate sale on Park Avenue, NYC. The marked Sterling setting is an intricate filigree design with delicate floral additions. The beautiful woman figure is perfectly carved out of genuine shell, and in her necklace is set a genuine diamond.
